- Service Providers: Supabase (database/authentication), Stripe (payments), Azure Communication Services (email), and hosting providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

- Business Transfers: If IMR System is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the new entity.

Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Payment records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax purposes.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@imrsystem.com. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
