Molly McAfee-Bandag, MEd

Co-Founder and Program Developer

Molly McAfee-Bandag is a passionate educator and systems thinker with more than 20 years of experience in education, curriculum design, and community engagement. As Co-Founder and Curriculum Director at IMR System, she integrates evidence-based instructional practices with a deep understanding of human behavior and learning diversity to build frameworks that transform how people learn, communicate, and grow together.

Throughout her career, Molly has served as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, project manager, and mentor to educators in trauma-informed and inclusive practices. Early in her teaching journey, she began observing consistent behavioral and communication patterns among her students—insights she documented and later developed with Cassie into what became the foundation of the IMR System. This model draws on her international teaching experiences, including her work with the Peace Corps in Micronesia, where she deepened her understanding of cultural systems and human motivation.

Molly has led youth development and sustainability initiatives recognized twice with Energy Globe National Awards for environmental education and stewardship. Her approach bridges research and real-world practice, helping schools, organizations, and communities adopt holistic, systems-based tools for personal and collective development.

She holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a multidisciplinary background in anthropology, biology, and education. Molly lives in Beavercreek, Ohio, with her husband and daughter, and finds joy in cooking, gardening, and making jewelry.

Cassie Innes-Rhodes, MSW

Co-Founder and Program Developer

Cassie Innes-Rhodes is a clinician, educator, and systems innovator with more than two decades of experience in personality psychology and human development. As Co-Founder and Director of Customer Success at IMR System, she brings both clinical depth and intuitive clarity to translating human motivation into actionable frameworks for growth.

Cassie's professional roots are in social work, where she specialized in emotional intelligence, communication dynamics, and relational healing. Her expertise was shaped through years of study under Dr. David Daniels and Helen Palmer—pioneers in the modern Enneagram movement. Through this mentorship, Cassie cultivated a profound understanding of personality structure, motivation, and emotional patterning—insights that form a central pillar of the IMR System today.

Recognizing the need to bridge complex psychological theory with practical, accessible tools, Cassie partnered with Molly McAfee-Bandag to develop the IMR System—a language of color and motivation that reveals the deeper "why" behind human behavior. Together, they designed an approach that empowers individuals, couples, and organizations to improve self-awareness, empathy, and connection through evidence-informed methods.

Cassie holds a Masters in Social Work, and has considerable hours in post-bac work in psychology. Cassie lives in Tempe, Arizona with her husband and their two children. When she is not working, Cassie enjoys traveling, cooking, and crafting.
